Entry Age
Adults
- 18 years - 70 years with a lifetime renewal option.
Children
- 3 months – 25 years can be covered if parents are concurrently insured with Future Generali.
Maximum Sum Insured
Entry Age : Up to 55 years
- Rs. 10 Lakhs
Entry Age : Above 55 Years
- Rs. 5 Lakhs
Entry Age : Above 55 Years
- Rs. 5 Lakhs (Porting from another Insurance company)
Pre Acceptance Medical Tests
Age - up to 45 years
- Medical tests waived subject to clean proposal form i.e. No health declaration.
Over 46 years
- Medical tests required and 50% of the test charges are reimbursed, if you or family members are insured with us.
Medical Report Validity
- 30 days from the day tests were done

Pre-existing Diseases

Accompanying Person’s Expenses
- Up to Rs. 500 per day
Patient Care Expenses
- Up to Rs. 350 per day for those over 60 years
Additional Accidental Hospitalisation
- Limits can be enhanced by 25% of the sum insured on date up to maximum of Rs. 1 lakh.
